Burger King in Byron

Good food and friendly workers. Nice new playground

My boyfriend and I visited this location last night on the way home. We was craving Burger King and was happy that they had a 99 health score. So we ordered and when we got our food the “Impossible Whopper” was regular beef! My boyfriend does NOT EAT MEAT!! He is completely sick!! I asked for both of the fries to have no salt when I had PLENTY OF SALT like I was at McDonalds!!! I was already back on the highway when we realized it and we had to stop at least ten times for him to go to the bathroom! I will not be eating there again and our family and friends in Byron, GA knows not to eat there again or the “Impossible Whopper”.

This place is very clean. The food is always good. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.

Receive food that was completely dried out and should have been thrown out hours ago. Spoke with a manager Jessica, who told me that she was busy and there was nothing she could do for me. Just walked back to restaurant from my hotel room to get something edible?? Was treated rudely by staff, who seems like the wanted to socialize more than service???? Food that replaced my inedible meal was NOT EATEN! I was serious afraid to eat the food that was "served" to me after complaining. Didn't trust it!!!

I just went through the Byron BK drive thru. I took my food home and half was missing. The fries were there however they were cold and old. My wife called and told them the problem. They told us to come back. A 20 minute drive back to them and my wife went inside. The cashier said that's her. Then a woman named Gwen said here and just handed me a bag. The bag didn't even contain enough sauce for the nuggets. The worst thing is I never even saw the manager. I don't feel this was handled well and I am very displeased. We go to this book 2 times a month and feed 10 people each time. No more. You lost our business.

Ordered my food, pulled up to the first window to pay. The girl took my card and said she would bring it out at the next window.I didn’t like this, I should have just driven off.How long will it be before my account is emptied out ?I will never return.

This particular BK is our favorite location. Their food is consistent. They hardly ever mess up an order. The people are kind. We use their coupons on a weekly basis. My boys really like the frozen drinks. We get those often because they are a great treat on a hot, summer day in Georgia.

Really nice and updated. Borger king is what it is. This is a good location.

Always my go to in a hurry. Also like their coupons they are a deal for savings . The food is good

They are too slow in taking orders and delivering food but the inside is open. No playground yet.

We went to the one in Byron, GA. We had my son's 5th birthday there today at 11 AM and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating, especially the manager. She was such a sweetheart. I forgot forks and they gladly provided them. Our food came extremely fast and hot. Best Burger King experience I've ever had. I was very happy there today ❤️

Nice big place but the food wasn't fresh. Chicken fries were hard. I don't know why they serve them like that instead of making fresh ones. 🤦🏾‍♂️

This is a great establishment. The food is consistently good and the employees are friendly and accommodating. The outdoor playground is HUGE and so fun (even for a grown man -- I have an excuse to play, since I have kids!) The outdoor seating at the playground is covered, and offers some shade in summer. Bathrooms (men's room at least) are clean and spacious.

I enjoyed my fries the service was fast and my fries were nice and crispy.

The first time I've been to BK in a long time. I don't eat at BK, however, I had a DBL cheese burger. It was good. Fresh off the grill.

Newlt remodeled inside and out. Was very impressed. The new playground was a huge hit with the kids. They loved the super fast slides

This place was spotless. I love the new look. You can tell all the employees respected their job and did it well. It was a pleasure to eat there.

Tried the impossible burger here for the first time. Honestly one of the best burgers I have ever had at a fast food place.

Pulled up at the drive-thru and put my order in then to the first window to pay. When I got there I gave the clerk the money and was looking for change, while that was happening another worker came up and was talking to her so not sure what happened there but I sat there waiting on a receipt and she told me they'll have my receipt at the next window. Pulled up to the window and I got my drink but then she's asking me what I had ordered and I told her but she's saying she don't see it I the system and telling me what the total was. I told her I paid for my order at the other window and that she told me you will have my receipt. She said hold on and I'll get back to you. I waited about 5 minutes until she opened the window and said they had it figured out and I was given my order.

Good place. It has an amazing playground. The food Is the same as all other burger kings.

Very clean, food was fast and correct, however taco and chicken sandwitch were grease saturated.

Slow but accurate and enjoyable people. The food isn't great of course but hey... its fast food.

Busy when we were there at lunch time but very efficient. Very clean - the whole time we were there, a young man was continually cleaning (he was very efficient and also very pleasant - he deserves 5 stars).

Really a terrific Burger King. Great food. Super friendly service. Clean. Very well run.

Went to burger king yesterday. An order waited 30 minutes in dinning room an no food. I went up there an ask them about food. They said they are pack at window. I understand them being busy. If short handed call help in. Plus I believe they was playing around in kitchen. I called the 1 866 number some is supposed to call me back. Think they need to look at camera between 7 an 7:20 pm. Poor management. I got my money back an left

Their process is much better than a year ago

If I could give it 0 stars I would takes too long and charge you more for the wrong food. Defiantly do not recommend

The food was good (lunch). The star of the visit was Holly. She was just great. She smiled the whole time and seemed happy to see us. Plus, they have a great food score posted. All around good visit. Thanks Holly.

This BK Lounge has stepped it up this past year! Everyone working at this location are extremely friendly. The food is put together so well and Wow just wow it’s great! If I close my eyes I’m basically in the chick fil a drive through. Great great team at this location! Going to eat my food now.

Love burger King...one of my favorite burger hits.

I made the mistake of ordering a new menu taco. This is the taco that was served to me. It was so old and stale that it was falling apart in a very gross way. I walked up and asked if I could get a fresher taco, and handed it to the assistant manager with my bare hands. She (didn’t get the name) asked them to make me one, and proceeded to throw the taco away.. then stopped, pulled out a fresh tray, put the (returned) taco on it, and left it on the counter. It took four minutes to get the new-ish taco, that was still inedible. My husband and I both took a bite and threw it away. As we left, I noticed the returned taco was still sitting on the tray on the counter. 🤢

My overall favorite Burger Place!

Good food but order came bit sloppy

Low quality food, anything not on the dollar menu is overpriced, and the service is rude and slow. Still is better than McDonald's in my opinion though.

Clean... today there were friendly helpful employees and service was quick at lunch time. Restrooms were kept clean. This whole restaurant was completely remodeled about a year ago and it's being kept clean and looking good.

I recently visited this Burger King location and I have to say that they make a great team. Our order was correct, the cashier greeted us as we walked in and the facility was clean and orderly. This location was recently remodeled and the atmosphere seems to be a bit more relaxed. Try a croissanwhich for breakfast, they are wonderful!

I was extremely impressed by how nice the location was and received amazing service from Katelynn. This was a few months ago and I still think about how impressed I was. I've never had such a pleasant experience at a fast food restaurant. A+++
